Naomi is a lifelong Las Vegas native who has been working since the age of 14, exploring a variety of roles across different fields. Each experience has helped shape her perspective and strengthened her appreciation for resilience, empathy, and human connection.
Growing up in a large, blended family, Naomi often jokes that they are a “big dysfunctional, functioning family.” That mix of chaos and love gave her a deep appreciation for the people who support us through life’s ups and downs—a perspective that continues to guide her work in hospice care. While she has been fortunate not to have experienced the loss of a close loved one, Naomi often reflects on how difficult even everyday moments would feel without the people who matter most. That reflection fuels her commitment to supporting patients and families during some of life’s most vulnerable and meaningful moments.
Naomi has been part of the Unified Care Hospice family for over two years, gaining experience across multiple areas of the organization and developing a deep understanding of its mission and values. She now serves as Director of Holistic Care and Patient Experience, where she oversees the integration of holistic services that support the emotional, spiritual, and personal well-being of patients and their families.
In her role, Naomi works closely with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure holistic services are thoughtfully incorporated into each patient’s plan of care, helping create a compassionate and supportive environment that honors each individual’s needs and preferences. She also helps guide initiatives that enhance the overall patient and family experience, ensuring that care is not only clinically excellent but deeply human.
Naomi also supports the coordination of holistic service staff and volunteers, helps oversee program development, and works with community partners to expand awareness of hospice care and the supportive services available through Unified Care Hospice. She is passionate about building meaningful connections between patients, families, caregivers, and the broader community.
Through her leadership, Naomi hopes to help change the way people think about hospice—not as an ending, but as a meaningful chapter of care, dignity, connection, and support
